Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp and email.
You can confirm or cancel your order directly through the WhatsApp message for your
convenience.
If we don’t receive a response within the mentioned time frame, your order will be processed automatically.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them.
• After 12 hours, once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or
changed.
• You can cancel your order by:
o Replying to the WhatsApp confirmation message, or
o Emailing us at support@wavyn.in with your Order ID and cancellation reason.
Cancellation After Dispatch
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may, however, request a return or exchange after delivery, as per our Return &
Exchange Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued
to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, since payment is made at the time of delivery, there
is no refund for pre-dispatch cancellations.
Order Cancellation by WAVYN
WAVYN reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as:
• Product out of stock or unavailable
• Incomplete or unverifiable address details
• Technical or payment gateway errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled by WAVYN, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if
applicable) will be processed.
