We get it—sometimes a vibe check fails. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ve got
you covered.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After that, we
can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Return
Your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be intact
- Returned in original packaging
What Can’t Be Returned
- Innerwear, bodysuits, or any intimate clothing
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized orders
Exchanges
Wrong size or defective item?
Email us at support@wavyn.co within 7 days. If approved, we’ll exchange it for the same
item (if in stock).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working
days.
Return Shipping
You’ll bear the return shipping cost (unless it’s our mistake).
Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
Please note that any applicable tax component will be adjusted/deducted as per invoice and statutory requirements (if and where applicable).
