1. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000 anywhere in India.
For orders below ₹1,000, a small shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India. Please note that COD orders may include a small handling fee.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your package in real time.
5. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at support@wavyn.in with your correct address.
If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change it, and re-shipping
charges may apply.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.
7. What if my package is delayed or lost?
In rare cases of delays due to weather, courier, or regional restrictions, please allow a few extra days. If your package is lost, our team will coordinate a replacement or refund after verification.
8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items with original tags. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed steps.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon!
