Return & Exchange Policy
3-Day Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Received within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for hygiene reasons:
- Bodysuits, underwear, swimwear
- Piercing jewelry
- Perfumes & fragrances
- Face masks, hair tools, hair accessories
- Beauty products, tools & cosmetics
- Co-ordinated sets that include a bodysuit
Customised & Made-to-Measure Orders
Customised or made-to-measure orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
